Step 1
For new students (SHS graduates), prepare photocopies of the following required credentials:

Get a copy of the Student Information Form (SIF) and Data Privacy Agreement from the guard on duty or designated enrollment assistant at the following locations:
Fill out the SIF, sign the Data Privacy Agreement, and submit it along with your credentials to the Office of the College Registrar.
Step 3
The College Registrar evaluates and reviews the submitted credentials and Student Information Form. Office staff proceeds to encode your student information and provide you with your Student ID Number and initial password to the CdLMIS.
Step 4
Pay the Registration Fee at the Cashier Window.
B. Enrollment
Step 1
Go to any of the designated computer laboratories in the Bates Building or you can enroll through your mobile device by accessing the campus WiFi.
Go to https://cdl.edu.ph/mis and click the Student button. Log in using your Student ID Number and Password.
Step 2
On the dashboard, click Enrollment tab.
Step 3
Select the subjects to enroll from the Offerings panel (left side). Enrolled subjects will appear on the right panel.
Step 4
After selecting the subjects, click Academics > My Academics > Schedule to view your class schedule.
Step 5
You are now officially enrolled after selecting and completing your academic load (schedule of classes). Allow 1-2 days to see your official CdL email address in your CdLMIS Account.
